The information and services provided by Focus Exteriors are intended to assist clients in making informed decisions regarding landscape and external property assets.

Our inspections, assessments and reports are based on visual observations, professional judgement, practical industry experience and the information reasonably available at the time of inspection.

Scope of Services

Focus Exteriors provides independent landscape and horticultural consultancy services, including:

• Landscape inspections

• Technical assessments

• Landscape and horticultural reports

• Project advisory

• Independent consultancy

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, inspections are visual and non-invasive and are limited to areas that are reasonably accessible at the time of inspection.

Professional Limitations

Focus Exteriors does not provide:

• Structural engineering advice or certification

• Geotechnical engineering assessments

• Civil engineering design

• Building certification

• Land surveying

• Hydraulic engineering design

• Electrical certification

• Plumbing certification

• Pool safety certification

• Legal advice

Where a matter falls outside our area of expertise, we may recommend that further assessment be undertaken by a suitably qualified professional.

Inspection Reports

Our reports represent our professional opinion based on the visible condition of the property at the time of inspection.

No warranty is given that hidden, concealed or future defects do not exist.

Conditions may change over time due to weather, use, maintenance, construction activity or other factors beyond our control.

Reliance on Reports

Reports are prepared solely for the Client named within the report and for the purpose for which they were commissioned.

No third party should rely upon a report without the prior written consent of Focus Exteriors.

Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable care is taken in preparing our inspections and reports, Focus Exteriors accepts no responsibility for matters outside the agreed scope of services or for conditions that could not reasonably have been identified during a visual inspection.

Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes any rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
